The Mission of the Eastern States Hockey League is to provide student athletes with the opportunity to advance to the highest levels of Junior hockey and the ultimate goal of advancing to the College ranks or beyond.

The owners and management of the Eastern States Hockey League have committed to provide the best opportunities available for the Student Athlete including coaching, marketing, and guidance, all in a safe, disciplined and structured environment.

The owners and management of the Eastern States Hockey League are committed to work with the Student Athlete on achieving his highest goals at both the educational and athletic level.
